Delivery Information

We charge a flat rate of £2.95 (inc VAT) for all orders delivered to UK addresses, however delivery is FREE when you spend over £35. Some smaller items are exempt from delivery charges and are clearly marked as Free Delivery.

Small or lightweight items are sent via Royal Mail First Class Post.

Heavy or bulky items are sent via ParcelForce 48 hour service.

If you need an item quickly please email us your requirements and we will advise you of when you can expect delivery.

Where goods are in stock: orders received before 2.00pm will be dispatched same day, orders received on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

Where goods are out of stock: If goods are not expected, or fail to be in stock within three business days from your order being received you will be emailed with an expected due date and the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.
